It is up to you to make up your mind about whether you drink, smoke or take other drugs (legal or illegal). But it is also up to you to make sure you find out what you are putting in your body, the possible effects of the substance on your mind and body and to make sure your are not harming yourself or other people in the process. In the case of illegal drugs you must also look at the fact that you are breaking the law and that if you are caught there will be a penalty.
The possession or taking of certain drugs is illegal and there are penalties prescribed by law.

Drugs and drug overdoses can kill you..!

You can contact the following organisations for advice and counseling:

Try to talk to someone you trust about drugs and see how they feel about them.
NEVER let anyone make you feel pressurised into taking something - you are free to choose not to take drugs.
If you have a problem with drinking, drugs, or glue sniffing talk to your doctor, counseling agency or Cornwall Share in confidence.
